releasing 99 red balloons (helium filled) into the skies above
Cardiff, Wales _ UK
On these balloons will be a unique
web address and code
If you find a balloon _ just visit
the web address, insert the code and we will send you out a free copy of
the album
(THIS IS NOT LIMITED ONLY TO
HUMANS, IF AN ANIMAL FINDS IT, AND HAS THE DEXTROUS ABILITY TO TYPE _ THEY TOO
CAN BE SENT THE ALBUM)
